This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you visit our website at explain.theblock.xyz, download TheBlock mobile application, or interact with our services and AI Employees.

To provide you with a high-fidelity suite of AI-driven business tools, we collect information that helps personalize your experience and manage your business operations:

Account Credentials: Name, email address, phone number, and authentication details.
Business Profiles: Information about your services, pricing, calendar schedules, and company structure to train your personal AI Employees.
Transaction & Billing Data: Invoicing amounts, client records, and payment metadata securely integrated via Stripe.
Integrations & Connections: Data shared via linked third-party APIs (such as email clients and calendars) that you explicitly authorize.

3. Google OAuth & Sean Email Client Integration

TheBlock offers a feature known as the "Sean" Email Client, which allows you to connect your Google Workspace or personal Gmail account to TheBlock. By using Google OAuth to authenticate, you grant TheBlock secure, permissioned access to your Google user data.

How We Use Your Google User Data:

To allow your personal AI Employees (like Galatea or specialized coordinators) to read and compose emails on your behalf to handle client inquiries.
To synchronize client communication threads, enabling relationship mapping and history briefs in your secure Briefcase CRM.
To draft and send invoices, quotes, or contracts to prospective clients at your direct instruction.

Our Commitment to Limited Use Compliance:

TheBlock's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Google Data Sharing, Retargeting, and AI Training Restraints

Your trust is our highest priority. We enforce strict technical and organizational safeguards regarding your Google Workspace data:

No Commercial Sharing or Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any information collected via Google Workspace APIs with third-party advertising companies, data brokers, or marketing networks.
No Advertising Use: Your Google Workspace email content and metadata are never utilized to serve advertisements, target promotions, or build marketing profiles.
No AI Model Training: We explicitly restrict your Google user data from being utilized to train, generalize, or refine our base artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. All AI tasks are processed within your isolated session solely for your specific business.
Human Review Restrictions: No human employees or contractors are permitted to read your raw Google Workspace email content, except in highly exceptional cases: (a) if we obtain your explicit consent to troubleshoot a specific bug, (b) for safety and security audits to prevent abuse, or (c) to comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention, Security, and Encryption

All data, including third-party API tokens, credentials, and business metadata, is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption standards). Google Workspace credentials are securely stored using advanced keystore systems, and you can revoke access at any moment via your Google Account Settings or your in-app profile.

6. How to Delete Your Data

We believe in complete user data ownership. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, you can:

Use the Delete Account option inside your in-app Profile Settings screen.
Contact our privacy team directly at support@oneape.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently purge all personal information, business profiles, and API connection records from our active servers within 14 business days, except where retention is legally mandated.
